A 30 minute coffee date turned into a 3 hour deep-dive.
We quickly realized we had much in common from personality to style and others seemed to notice, too. We had such a similar aesthetic that every time we went out together, we’d get asked if we were sisters (I wish!!!)
Missoni isn’t your standard entrepreneur because what she offers is a whole new way of seeing the world. While she’s a well-known movement specialist and the founder of multiple Pilates studios, she also does creative direction and intuitive readings.
While this mix may seem random on the surface, the second you meet Missoni, it all begins to make sense. She’s endlessly curious, always on an adventure and makes fast friends wherever she goes. And people want what she offers, whether it’s a Pilates workshop or an intuitive reading because her style, charm and warmth are irresistible.
When Missoni approached Branch about building out her visual world, we were excited to dive in — her creative inspiration was deeply personal, super intriguing and 100% her. We began building out her full brand strategy to make sure all her interests were woven together in a structured suite of offerings that were easy to package for her audience.
Next, we built out two sister brands: Missoni Lanza and Movement Bottega. They serve as two sides of a coin: her personal brand houses her creative direction and lifestyle content while Movement Bottega houses her career as a movement specialist.
Together, they’re joined by a distinctive mix of Missoni’s Italian heritage and anchored by floral motifs that feel darkly feminine with a warm, organic touch.
It’s rare to meet someone like Missoni whose philosophy for life and business weave together so seamlessly — she lives and breathes what she teaches and authenticity is at the core of everything she does. It’s all one continuous, considered whole and part of what makes her such a compelling person to create for.
